Paycheck Calculator Canada is an independent tool. It helps Canadians estimate take-home pay after federal and provincial tax, CPP/CPP2 (QPP/QPP2 in Quebec), and EI (EI/QPIP in Quebec).

What we are — and aren’t

We are an independent calculator built using official 2026 figures published by the Canada Revenue Agency, Revenu Québec, and Employment and Social Development Canada. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Canada Revenue Agency, the Government of Canada, or any government of a Canadian province or territory. We don’t offer an official government payroll tool, and results from this site should not be treated as a substitute for the CRA’s own Payroll Deductions Online Calculator or professional payroll/tax advice.

Our approach

• We use only official, published rates and formulas — never invented or estimated tax figures
• We update our figures when CRA, Revenu Québec, or ESDC publish new rates
• We clearly label every result as an estimate, not a guaranteed figure
• We don’t display fake reviews, fake user counts, or fake endorsements
